INSCODE IT Consulting ("we", "us", "our") operates the Dailybird mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Data Stored Locally on Your Device
The App stores the following data locally on your device:
- Events you create (names, dates, notes)
- Photos you select from your device gallery
- App preferences and settings
- Notification and reminder configurations
This data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
1.2 Analytics Data
We use Firebase Analytics and Amplitude to collect anonymous usage data to improve the App. This may include:
- App usage patterns (screens viewed, features used)
- Device type and operating system version
- App version
- Crash reports
This data is collected in aggregate form and cannot be used to identify you personally.
1.3 Third-Party Services
When you search for images using the Unsplash integration, your search query is sent to the Unsplash API. Unsplash has its own Privacy Policy.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Provide and maintain the App's functionality
- Understand how users interact with the App to improve it
- Diagnose technical issues and fix bugs
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Anonymous analytics data is processed by our analytics providers (Firebase, Amplitude) in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your event data, photos, and settings are stored exclusively on your device. We do not operate servers that store your personal content. We implement reasonable security measures in the App to protect your data.
5. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- Right of Access: You can request a copy of your personal data that we process.
- Right to Rectification: You can request correction of inaccurate data.
- Right to Erasure: You can request deletion of your personal data. Since your data is stored locally, you can delete it at any time by removing events in the App or uninstalling the App.
- Right to Data Portability: You can request your data in a machine-readable format.
- Right to Restrict Processing: You can request that we limit how we use your data.
- Right to Object: You can object to the processing of your data for analytics purposes.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

6. Data Deletion
You can delete all your data at any time by:
- Deleting individual events within the App
- Uninstalling the App (this removes all locally stored data)
- Contacting us at insmobileapps@gmail.com to request deletion of any analytics data associated with your device
7. Opt-Out of Analytics
You can disable analytics data collection by turning off the relevant permissions in your device settings, or by contacting us to opt out.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
